The Service Desk received reports from customers of general slowness when accessing the Internet. This appeared to be affecting both the Campus and Medical Center networks.


Customers were experiencing delays in accessing external internet sites from UCSF connections (e.g.


UPDATE - By 10:30 a.m., the Internet connectivity issues appear to have been resolved and normal network traffic has been restored.  Network technicians continue to monitor network traffic to immediately address any further issues.
