IT Security and Policy have identified anomalous network traffic patterns as the root cause of the issue. They are working to block this traffic.


Network printing on the Campus network continues to be an intermittent issue for some customers. The root cause of the issue has been identified as anomalous network traffic pattern which is causing a denial of service. In addition, customers printing to devices hosted on print server: ITS-PRNTSRV01 may experience slowness due to resource contention issues which may be caused by the heavy traffic. IT Field Service Engineers are working to free up resources on that server.
