Service Interruption: Network: Loss of network connectivity at Laurel Heights, 4th floor

A network change caused the outage.
Customers located at Laurel Heights on the 4th floor are unable to access internet and network resources. In addition, customers are unable to access the MyAPeX website (http://myapex.ucsfmedicalcenter.org/) hosted on the same subnet. Campus Network Engineers are enroute to investigate.
