Month end jobs ran late Monday night requiring the load of data into MyReports to occur during Tuesday’s workday, a period when processing capacity is limited due to high demand.


August data was not fully loaded into MyReports.


Data was fully loaded and validated at about 10:30 p.m. Customers can now run reports that include August close data. Some reports are taking longer than usual to render and further investigation is under way.
