Scheduled Maintenance:ATT Order Freeze

There is currently a work order freeze in place affecting all existing AT&T Centrex phones line orders as UCSF is being converted to a new mandated AT&T statewide contract.
Until February 2nd, IT Voice Services will not be able to:
- Install any new Campus phone lines
- Move any existing Campus phone lines between buildings and/or campuses
- Make any feature changes to existing Campus lines, including forwarding changes to voicemail, etc.
If your request cannot wait until after February 2nd, please submit a ticket online, and an analyst will contact you to discuss a possible interim solution or workaround.
