Customers may be experiencing connectivity issues to their [email protected] email accounts.  The cause of this issue is with a mass email that was sent to several thousand internal UCSF email addresses and a proliferation of those receiving the email "Replying to All" on the list.




Customers may experience intermittent connectivity issues to their email accounts and/or having the mail delivery delayed.


If you received this email, please do not reply to all on the thread as this further exacerbates the email issue.  The email servers are processing all queued messages, and as these emails are processed and sent, then mail connectivity issues will subside.
