Unknown and under investigation.


The Service Desk has received reports that authentication to MyAccess with the MyAccess ID (SFxxxxxx) is unavailable. Authentication to MyAccess with Active Directory (aka Network/Email) Credentials appears to be working with no issue.


Problematic authentication server was restarted.  Authentication service has restored to normal operations.
