The Service deskThe Service desk has received reports of intermittent connectivity issues to [email protected].
Customers may be unable to log into their [email protected] accounts online at mail.ucsf.edu and may be unable to send and receive mail through their various email clients (i.e. Outlook).
Server engineers fixed the connections to the impacted server, restoring full connectivity to all [email protected] accounts.
