The Service Desk has received reports of email connectivity issues in email clients (i.e. Outlook) as well as to the Outlook Web Access system (


Some customers wereunable to access Exchange mail via local mail client, such as Outlook or on the web at


The Exchange team discovered a disconnected database. The database was remounted and connectivity is now fully restored. We will continue to monitor the situation and review the logs.
