Service Interruption:[email protected] Connectivity Issues

The Service Desk has received reports of email connectivity issues in email clients (i.e. Outlook) as well as to the Outlook Web Access system (mail.ucsf.edu).
Some customers wereunable to access Exchange mail via local mail client, such as Outlook or on the web at mail.ucsf.edu
The Exchange team discovered a disconnected database. The database was remounted and connectivity is now fully restored. We will continue to monitor the situation and review the logs.
