During this timeframe, Incident Reporting will be unavailable.
Additional Information: If you need to submit an Incident Report, please use the procedure below:
- Contact Risk Management by telephone to provide notification of a serious event.
- Notify your Manager or Supervisor that the event has occurred.
- Enter the incident in the Incident Reporting system as soon as possible once the system is back online.
