The root cause is under investigation by IT. 


Some customers may have experienced access issues with the Jabber mobile and UC clients when they were not authenticated to the UCSF network. The vendor (Cisco) needed to reboot to resolve system access issues.


The vendor (Cisc) rebooted the system to restore Jabber UC access services. Customers are able to authenticate using Jabber mobile and UC clients without connecting to VPN.
