The root cause was a hardware failure.
The Ambulatory Call Center (ACC) was unable to access network resources and as a result all calls were routed to an answering service and operator services.
IT Network Engineers replaced the defective equipment to restore network services. Calls have been re-routed back to the ACC Call Center. ACC customers have validated network connectivity and calls have resumed to normal operations.
