Scheduled Maintenance:Network Connectivity
Date and Time
IT will be performing network testing in preparation for the Quincy Data Center Migration.
During this window, UCSF and BCHO customers may experience up to ten brief interruptions lasting up to 30 seconds when accessing systems housed at the Quincy Data Center. The following services *WILL* be impacted including but not limited to:
- APeX through Citrix Receiver Client (customers may encounter a brief hang of their EPIC session and session will resume)
- APeX Connect Portal: https://connect.ucsfmedicalcenter.org (customers may encounter a brief hang of their EPIC session and session will resume)
- MDLink (https://mdlink.ucsfmedicalcenter.org)
- MyChart (https://ucsfmychart.ucsfmedicalcenter.org)
