The vendor (Sunquest) will be updating the Sunquest Application Manager Server to resolve an ongoing lab orders issue in Apex.


During this maintenance window, Sunquest lab results will be delayed by up to 15 minutes while the interface is restarted. This maintenance only impacts the lab result interface and Sunquest will continue to be available. All affected lab orders and results will be queued to be delivered after this event.

Additional Information:

  • If results are needed for urgent patient care decisions, please call Clinical Laboratories at 353-1667 and they will make every attempt to get the results you need.
  • Please, DO NOT call the individual laboratory sections for non-urgent results as this simply takes staff away from trying to perform patient tests.
