The root cause is under investigation by IT.


Some customers were intermittently unable to connect to multiple CVS Pharmacy locations when dialing from Cisco phones.


IT performed emergency maintenance to upgrade the operating system per vendor recommendations. Customers are now able to connect successfully to CVS Pharmacy locations using Cisco phones.
