A server issue caused the Interpreting Service Request Portal ( to be inaccessible.


Outpatient and inpatient customers were getting a server database error message when accessing the Interpreting Services Request Portal.


IT rebooted the database server, restoring connectivity to the Interpreting Service Request Portal.
