The root cause is under investigation by the vendor (Box).


The vendor (Box) was experiencing a system-wide performance issue. Some customers may have experienced sporadic performance issues while using UCSF Box. CipherCloud was unable to scan files, so they were unencrypted. Customers were directed to for the latest update.


The vendor (Box) resolved their issues as of 4 p.m. today. Box is accessible, and CipherCloud is processing files again. All files should be processed within the next few hours.
