The root cause is under investigation by the vendor (Box).
The vendor (Box) was experiencing a system-wide performance issue. Some customers may have experienced sporadic performance issues while using UCSF Box. CipherCloud was unable to scan files, so they were unencrypted. Customers were directed to https://status.box.com/ for the latest update.
The vendor (Box) resolved their issues as of 4 p.m. today. Box is accessible, and CipherCloud is processing files again. All files should be processed within the next few hours.
