Microsoft released an advisory regarding sync issues with Exchange Online and Apple Mail. Microsoft plans to deploy a fix across their affected environments. This process will begin over the weekend and may take up 72 hours to reach all systems. This issue is also under investigation by UCSF IT.


Some customers are unable to sync email, calendar, and contacts on their Mac computers using Exchange Online and Apple Mail.

IT expects this issue to be completely resolved for all affected customers within the next 3-4 days as the fix is safely implemented through our change management process.
