The root cause is under investigation by the supplier of BearBuy.

Impact

Some customers were intermittently unable to login to BearBuy and/or experienced system slowness.

Resolution

The supplier has isolated and resolved the performance and connectivity issues in BearBuy. The system is now functioning normally.
