An issue with Microsoft and CENIC caused intermittent issues connecting to UCSF Email.

Impact

Customers accessing their UCSF Email from inside the UCSF network were unable to connect.

Resolution

Microsoft corrected the issues, and connectivity was restored to UCSF Email.
