IT Field Services offers comprehensive PC support for Oakland and UCSF systems throughout the East Bay region. We support the entire life-cycle of your IT assets, from purchasing standard systems, troubleshooting desktop and network issues, ensuring security standards are met and disposal of outdated systems.

Walk-Up Support Hours are Monday through Friday from 2p to 4p in the HIS Department located in the Basement of the Outpatient Center.
