The ECM team provides enterprise content management services for groups across UCSF, including Health, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Payroll and the Chancellor's Office. Perceptive Content (also known as ImageNow, Perceptive Experience) is the team's primary service offering. We are moving to OnBase over the next few years.

IT AV provides video and audio conferencing support for UCSF Health, Campus and Research community. This support includes but is not limited to video endpoint configuration & maintenance; web conferencing support for Zoom, Jabber UC and Teams; audios conferencing support for Zoom; and Telehealth support for Zoom. IT AV is the curator of the IT Audio Visual Conference Room Standards and actively works with the UCSF community to maintain those standards for all future AV conference room projects.
This team manages UCSF's email communications and collaboration tools
Group facilitates tickets related to data governance, compliance, process, and EIA program related inquiries and incidents. Example of these requests are tickets related to Enterprise Data Request Process (EDRP) and Clinical Data Request Process (CDRP). The team also responds to questions related to policies governing access to data, data sharing with internal or external (third-parties), or general data governance inquiries. IT Enterprise Program Office works closely with UCSF Privacy Office, Legal, and Risk, as well as other administrative functions.
