Web-Based applications may be inaccessible from inside UCSF network
Due to an outage with internet service provider, CENIC, multiple internet-based services may be inaccessible from inside the UCSF Network.
Services impacted include, but are not limited to:
- Service Now
- Outlook client from within UCSF Network may not be functioning for customers. email.ucsf.edu has been confirmed as a workaround for email in those cases.
UCSF IT Teams are in contact with the vendor and working to resolve as soon as possible.
During this maintenance window, there will be no impact to customers accessing applications listed in MyAccess.
