Web-Based applications may be inaccessible from inside UCSF network

Due to an outage with internet service provider, CENIC, multiple internet-based services may be inaccessible from inside the UCSF Network. 

 

Services impacted include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Service Now
  • Box
  • Peoplesoft
  • Outlook client from within UCSF Network may not be functioning for customers. email.ucsf.edu has been confirmed as a workaround for email in those cases.

UCSF IT Teams are in contact with the vendor and working to resolve as soon as possible.
