How-to video: Create and edit a page
Create your page
Before you create a page, you should have the content ready for that page. This includes a copy deck with content for each section of your website. You will also want to have your assets assembled, i.e., headshots, slider/hero images, graphs, charts, PDF Box links, etc.
Once you have the contents ready, you should do the following:
Go to Content > Add content > Page
Click on the content tab, scroll to Add Content and click on Page.
Add a page title and then add your content to the page.
You can upload images, create tables, or insert columns on the page by clicking on the icons at the top of the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) section, which is similar to the Word doc editor.
Homepage creation
Creating the home page of your website varies from a basic/regular page. The main difference is that you will be creating a homepage hero/banner. The homepage banner requires an image (which should reflect the purpose or function of your department) and summary text.

To edit blocks, you will need to hover over the right-hand corner of the block, i.e., right-hand navigation, and click on the pencil. You will click on "Configure Block" to update the block title. Once you have added a title, you will save. Then you will click the pencil again and click on "Edit." Edit will allow you to update the content in the editor.
