When adding staff or faculty to a page, there are a few options you can consider:

  1. Build a simple text list of staff members
  2. Add headshots and information about each person
  3. Link people's names or images to their profiles

Building a simple text list just requires adding names of staff members. You can organize by department or specialty, and you can provide the name and job title.

Adding headshots requires gathering the headshots and uploading them to the site. Adding columns will ensure that the size of each text area is equal and helps you keep the images uniform in size as well. 

  • Go to Columns at the top of the editor/wsywyg and select 3 columns. 
  • Select "clear" so that the columns do not have a fill color. 
  • Add one headshot per column and cut and paste the info about that person underneath the image.

Linking to offsite profiles is another option. You can simple add the list of names and link to the staff member/faculty member's profile page. You can also link from images.
