Getting Support When You Need It
There may be instances where you need support with a service or application or hardware managed by UCSF IT. The following information will assist you with getting support when you need to ensure that there is no stoppages in your work.
Web-Based Services
At UCSF, there are numerous web-based systems that are accessible to you in your role. This page will provide quick access to timekeeping applications, UCPath, and purchasing applications as well as access to training resources via the UC Learning Center and APeX Training page.
Hardware
There are two options for hardware at UCSF including IT Field Services managed workstations as well as an option to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). Select one of the links below to learn more.
NOTE: BYOD computing devices will be required to install the IT Security Suite before they are allowed to access UCSF computing resources.
