How to Request Access
To start a request for project management services or to discuss options, please open an SR to the IT Customer Solutions Management Team (ITS_BA_Customer Solutions Management in ServiceNow). They will contact you to scope out your project and discuss next steps.
UCSF IT has a team of Technical Project Managers (TPMs) that can help you manage your next technology project. TPMs can help you with all aspects of a project: they plan, execute, communicate, track issues and budget, manage risks and stakeholders, troubleshoot issues and report on your project.
TPMs are experienced with a variety of project management methodologies, from traditional waterfall project management to an agile, product development approach.
Completed projects range from the new Mission Bay hospital, to an enterprise rollout of multi-factor authentication, to application and network upgrades.
TPMs can also help you work across different departments and build a team to move towards the project goal in a set timeline. They are flexible and adapt to your environment, your project, and your communication style.
