Stop You've Been Phished!

But don't close this page!

This phish is authorized by UCSF Information Technology

However, this could have been sent by a criminal and scanning the QR code could have led to a criminal:

  • Gaining access to your email
  • Gaining access to your hard drive and all your files
  • Using your device to gain access to the UCSF network
  • Attacking your contacts
  • Installing malicious software
  • Stealing Information

Next time, you may not be so lucky.

Don't be an easy target.  Please take responsibility to protect UCSF's and your data. When in doubt do not click or scan.

For additional information on the red flags that help you identify phishing messages and what to do if you really fall for a phish, go to the Protect UCSF and myself from phishing page. The red flags in the mock phish you just interacted with will be shown at the bottom of the page once this phishing campaign has ended. Please bookmark the page so you can check back.
