DocuSign allows users to grant the ability to view their DocuSign folders (inbox, sent folder, deleted and any others) to other users.

To grant folder access

  • To enable another user to see your folders:
    • Complete this DocuSign request form.
Note: When you grant someone else access to your folders, you are giving that person access to view everything in your DocuSign folders.

To request folder access

After someone opens a ticket to give you DocuSign folder access, you can access the folders by:

  • Opening your Manage tab and clicking the Shared Envelopes button.
    • This will open a Shared Envelopes pop-up window.

  • Select the user whose files you'd like to access, and click the select button.
    • You'll gain access to their folders.
    • You'll be able to navigate through them as you would through your own DocuSign account.

  • To return to your own DocuSign folders, click the Return to my envelopes link.
