Home Page

If you click in the Search or filter box, additional filter options will be made available for selection. Click on the filter option you wish to select and edit accordingly.
Each project tile contains summary information for the project, including Project Name and Project ID.
The current Overall Status of the project is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the project tile. The status value will update each time a status report is published on the project record.
Project Milestones will appear on the Project Tile in a timeline view, which is listed above the Start and Finish date for the project.
Start Date and Finish Date is listed on the Project Tile along with the % Complete for the overall project.
Each Project Tile provides the ability to drill down into the project record to view specific information. The information on the tile may vary, due to the project blueprint that is being used, but items on the tile may include:
Properties page
Staff page
Tasks page
Assignments page

A standard timesheet user will see the following menu items.
Home will take you back to the New User Experience home page, which is the Project Tile view. Note: The Home link may be updated by the MyPPM System Administrator.
Project Tiles will take you to the project tiles view, which is also the ‘home’ page.

Tasks will display all tasks for projects within the system. Users may adjust the filter options to search for their own tasks.
Timesheets will take users to the page where they can create, edit and submit their timesheets. There are also additional tabs on this page where resource managers can review and approve time for their resources.
Classic PPM will take the user back to the home page of the Classic User Experience.
Note: MyPPM is comprised of a Classic View (legacy configuration) and a New User Experience. By default, users will be logged into the New UX.
