IAM Modernization: Single Sign-On
As part of the larger IAM Modernization Program, UCSF is standardizing single sign-on for enterprise applications to create a more seamless user experience.
What is changing?
Beginning in January 2025, the login experience for all applications that currently use the legacy application login pages ADFS and MyAccess will change to use a new UCSF (Okta) Login page. This update will provide a consistent login interface across all UCSF applications.
How will this impact me?
All learners, faculty, and staff using the impacted applications will receive email communications with the expected date of the change. When the change is made, everyone will see an updated login page visual. Additionally, the first time you log into the new UCSF (Okta) page, you will be prompted to link your Duo account to your Okta account.
