HBS is an online time and attendance system from Huntington Business Systems, for use by all academic and administrative staff (exempt and non-exempt employees) who earn leave.* Additional information on HBS can be found at the Controller’s Office HBS homepage.

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Getting Help

First level help is provided by your supervisor or HR administrator.  Information is also available at the HBS Web page.  Frequently asked questions are available at HBS Faculty FAQ.

Central support for HBS is available M-F, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. 

For help with password resets, HBS questions, or support issues:

*Please note, this is not applicable for the 5,000+ academics who do not earn leave (i.e., Residents, Emeritus Faculty, etc.).
