Medical Center IT will perform database upgrade to the production Telcor QML system servers that process Point of Care testing.

• During this maintenance window, results from POC Glucometers, iSTATs, Clinitek, Avoxmeter, Hemocue, Hemochron Elite, IDNOW Covid testing will not be uploaded to Apex. This will impact the following: (West Bay Only)
• ADT (Admission, Discharge, and Transfer) messages and Laboratory Orders will not be received by Telcor for the duration of the maintenance window 
• APeX will not receive Point of Care glucose, iSTAT testing (crea, electrolyte and blood gases), activated clotting time, urinalysis, hemoglobin, and Covid test results from Sunquest during this scheduled timeframe. Results prior to the downtime will remain available in the hospital systems. 
• All affected ADT messages, lab orders and results will be queued to be delivered after the maintenance window. 
• Results will continue to display on the testing equipment.
