Install the Access Console

Prior to using BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access, the Access Console must be installed and configured on your system.

Log into the Access Console

After installing the Access Console, you will use your credentials to log into the access console and begin to acclimate yourself to navigating the interface.

NOTE: You will need to submit a ticket in ServiceNow to request access to BeyondTrust.

Jump Clients

To access and remotely control computers with BeyondTrust, a jump client will need to be installed on the remote computer prior to initiating a remote access session. Learn more about deploying Jump Clients.
