Overview

Nexthink Engage is a new pop-up messaging tool deployed to all users managed by central IT. This tool will enable targeted and timely notifications from IT (and in the future other depts) to users’ desktops. It will help  streamline communication across UCSF, increase visibility of critical messages and provide a channel for two-way feedback and self-help resources.
