Licensing Policy
The Database Services Team provides technical administration and support only. All requesters are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own software licenses for Oracle and SQL Server.

Support Packages
We offer two support tiers based on the criticality of your database environment.
- Standard Package: Ideal for non-production, development, or low-priority systems. Includes business hours support (Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM).
- Extended Package: Designed for mission-critical systems requiring high availability. Includes 24/7 support for critical (P1) incidents and proactive real-time monitoring.
