Threat Alert: What to Watch For Cybercriminals have compromised an undisclosed media company that provides video content and advertising to hundreds of news outlets across the United States. Authentic-looking browser update alerts appear on the impacted news websites.
Tracking Envelopes in DocuSign
What you need to know When you receive a document to be signed, the email notification shows only the name of the original sender. If, for example, you are number 3 out of 6 in the routing order, the name of the sender in the email notification is the initial sender, not the person who was second in the routing order. To view the full routing status, you must log into DocuSign after you have finished signing. When you are done signing, a "You have completed your documents" window will appear. Click Login.

Box: Automated Deprovisioning of Separated Users
UCSF Box Deprovisioning Process We send an email reminder to Box users and their supervisor to transfer ownership of their files before they separate from UCSF. When someone separates from UCSF, we deactivate the person's Box account within 24 hours and only retain the Box account for 90 days.
