Everyone with a @ucsf.edu email address has access to Smartsheet via Myaccess.ucsf.edu. However, a separate license will need to be purchased to create sheets and own sheets or to access premium features.

NOTE:  MyTime replaces HBS beginning with the May 11 – May 24, 2025 pay period for biweekly employees and the June monthly pay period for monthly employees.HBS (Huntington Business Systems), is an online time and attendance system. It is used by all academic and administrative staff (exempt and non-exempt employees) who earn leave.Note: HBS is not applicable for the 5,000+ academics who do not earn leave (e.g., residents, emeritus faculty).
