Description Microsoft Whiteboard in Office 365 is a collaborative digital canvas that can be leveraged for effective meetings and engaging learning. You can use the Microsoft Whiteboard to collaborate with other people and accomplish many activities, from brainstorming and planning to learning and workshops.

Description Shifts in Microsoft Teams is a schedule management tool that helps you create, update, and manage schedules for your team. Shifts has you covered whether you are putting together a schedule for your team or swapping shifts with a teammate.

Description Microsoft Stream is an Enterprise Video service where people in the organization can upload, view, and share videos securely. You can share recordings of classes, meetings, presentations, training sessions, or other videos that aid your team's collaboration. There are two limitations to using Microsoft Stream: Videos can only be shared internally with other individuals within UCSF and Stream videos cannot be embedded within webpages.
