Microsoft repaired the connections, monitored and remediated residual issues through the day. Declareded the issue fully resolved in the evening.

Update: Microsoft reports that most services are available, but they are investigating some residual issues. 

Initial Status: Microsoft is reporting an outage of their Teams service. UCSF IT has confirmed that this is impacting some of our users. You may not be able to log into Microsoft Teams and/or applications may not function as expected. IT is monitoring the situation with Microsoft and will communicate when the issue is resolved.
