Service Interruption

UCSF System Wide Network Latency

The IT team, in collaboration with the supporting vendor, identified issues with internet routing and the vendor implemented a workaround, routing traffic through an alternate path. All systems and services are now operating as expected. IT and the vendor will continue to monitor the situation to ensure stability.  

IT has identified wide scale network latency affecting several applications and services for customers while connected to UCSF network. We are currently investigating this interruption and will post updates as they become available.
