RAE Application Refresh - Windows and Mac Instructions

Refreshing the Application Feed is occasionally required to fix issues or update application access. This help page will provide instructions for both Windows and Mac devices. 

Windows Instructions

Launch "RemoteApp and Desktop Connections" by searching for it through the Windows Start Menu

Select "View Details" and then "Update Now"

Instructions for how to find the "Update now" button

You should now be able to use the applications as normal. 

Mac Instructions

To refresh the applications displayed in the portal, hover over the "RAE" text in the top left corner of the Remote Desktop Client and click the circular arrows.

Refresh every few weeks to make sure you get new applications published by the RAE Engineering team
