Service:Staffbase Email (formerly Bananatag)
Description
As a communicator, I am attempting to send a communication to a large amount of users at UCSF through the Staffbase email add-in. When I attempt to access Staffbase from my resource account in the Outlook Web App, the Staffbase add-in does not appear when I select the add-ins icon. The following video and steps to follow will assist you in sending your communication despite the add-in being missing.
Resolution
Sharing the Draft
Prior to sending the draft of your communication from a resource account, it will need to be shared with your personal Staffbase account (e.g. Associated with your @ucsf.edu email address) from your resource account.
- Log into Staffbase using your Resource Account's credentials
- Select the Email tab
- Locate the Draft to be Sent
- Select the Vertical Elipsis on the identified draft
- Enter your Name into the Select groups or individuals to share with... search box
- Click the Invite button
- Set the Permissions Level to Edit
- Select the Notify by email checkbox
- Click the Done button
