The Digital Workplace Services - Unified Communications team is providing a training to assist users with using the new Zoom Workspace feature within Zoom. Learn more about Zoom Workspace.
Meeting and registration information
These sessions will run every Wednesday at 12:30 - 1:30p.m. beginning 9/24/2025 until 12/17/2025.
To register for one (or multiple) sessions within this series, select the Register button on the Event Registration page.
Who should attend?
These sessions are open to the UCSF community and specifically, those individuals working onsite to locate and reserve space within the following campus locations:
Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost (EVCP)
School of Medicine (SOM)
University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR)
Finance and Administrative Services (FAS)
NOTE: Badge access is required to access desks or rooms within these participating locations. If badge access is required for a location within the Zoom Workspace application, it will be noted clearly.
Session Agenda
This session will demonstrate how to use Zoom Workspace to create reservations within the application. Other topics to be covered within this training include:
- Create a Recurring Workspace Reservation
- View, edit, or delete upcoming reservations
- Delete a reservation using your avatar on the floor map
- Replace an existing reservation with a new reservation
- Check in and out of your reservation
The remainder of the session will feature a question and answer session to provide answers to your questions about Zoom Workspace!
