Qualtrics Legacy Results-Reports Support is Ending Oct. 1

On Oct. 1, Legacy Results-Reports in Qualtrics, the default report with separate pages for each survey question, will be deprecated and replaced with Results Dashboards. 

What is Changing? 

The Legacy Results-Reports feature in Qualtrics will be replaced with Results Dashboards, which will provide users with a single-page dashboard containing all survey questions. The ability to create a custom dashboard will remain unchanged. 

Important Dates 

The change from Legacy Results-Reports to Results Dashboards is expected to occur in the following phases: 

  • September 16, 2026 – Legacy Results-Reports cannot be edited. 
  • September 30, 2026 – Legacy Results-Reports question pages will be migrated automatically. 
  • October 1, 2026 – Users will no longer be able to view or create new Legacy Results-Reports. 

What do you need to do? 

Legacy Results-Reports reports will be migrated automatically on Sept. 30. However, custom pages of Legacy Results-Reports will not be migrated. Before September 30, 2026, you will need to migrate these manually or save them. Learn more about the Custom Page Migration process.
