On August 1st, 2025, UCSF support for WalkMe will conclude and the WalkMe content will no longer be accessible within the UCSF Password Management Tool.

Prior to August 1st, UCSF IT will initiate the process for removing the WalkMe browser extension from existing deployments in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers on ITFS-managed computers.
User Expectations
As UCSF IT completes the process of removing the WalkMe browser extension from Google Chrome and Microsoft Edges browsers on ITFS-managed computers, there is not any expected downtime to end users nor will be any lost functionality within either the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers or the UCSF Password Management Tool.
