Identity and Access Management is responsible for the creation of accounts and access to the variety of platforms and services that UCSF provides to its staff, faculty, and learners.
The IT Infrastructure implements the technologies, services, and applications that assist you in completing your work. Whether you are staff, faculty, learner or provider, the IT Infrastructure team works to connect you with your peers and colleagues through technology.

The Unified Communication and Collaboration team oversees multiple communication and collaboration technologies to facilitate your work with individuals internal and external to UCSF.
The IT Command Center is tasked with the review, tracking, and remediation of incidents associated with IT managed technologies and services.
The Customer Success Management team provides guidance and consulting into the best practices for using the applications and services offered by UCSF IT to ensure that you are getting the most out of them.
