What Do You Need to Know
Users may experience intermittent interruptions of up to 15 minutes across the entire UCSF network. If interruptions occur, users should wait 5 – 15 minutes and attempt to re-access the network. Additionally, users actively connected to GlobalProtect at the start of the change window may be disconnected from VPN. Users will be able to manually reconnect to GlobalProtect right away.
