Accessibility

The Digital Accessibility program team at UCSF consists of Jill Wolters and Christina Ovalle in support of IT Web Services' products and website owners. The team provides awareness of site owner accessibility responsibilities with outreach and services such as training, events, and a testing page with a wealth of digital accessibility resources and tools. Analytics

The analytics program is led by Lang Nguyen, and is responsible for overseeing the organization's use of all web analytics tools. Lang manages the enterprise web analytics solution, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Siteimprove while mitigating risks and safeguarding web visitor privacy to the UCSF sites. These platforms play a critical role in providing valuable insights to our website traffic and user behavior by providing a visualization tool for deeper analysis. The program supports web site owners and marketing teams with any reporting and analysis demands that may arise with the use of these tools.
