ARS Support provides UCSF researchers and collaborators with expert technical and service support for FAC Capacity Storage, FAC Virtual Machine and FAC Buy a Server. We’ll offer a clear path to resolution or direct you to the appropriate person so you can achieve your goals.
UCSF Academic Research Services supports the FAC by providing technical support and handling any necessary escalations during business hours, excluding UCSF holidays, labor actions or other accepted delays: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT.
